D. Alan Bowlby
Founder and President

Alan Bowlby has more than 30 years experience in real estate and personal property. Alan holds a Charter Membership and Senior Member Certification from the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals. Alan is registered as a Senior Property Tax Consultant for the State of Texas and as a Tax Agent for the State of Arizona. He currently is a member in good standing with Texas Association of Assessing Officers, International Association of Assessing Officers, and Institute of Property Taxation.

Alan has represented many property owners and varied property types throughout the Southwest, portions of the Midwest and Southeast. His representation has resulted in annual tax savings of millions of dollars.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts: Geography/History from East Central State University, Ada, Oklahoma.

Randall J. Shiflet
Vice President

Randall brings over 18 years experience in real estate and personal property. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Urban Planning and a Minor in Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is registered as a Senior Property Tax Consultant for the State of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and the Texas Association of Assessing Officers.

Tim Glasgow
Controller

Tim is the Controller at D. Alan Bowlby & Associates, Inc. with over 30 years experience in real estate and personal property. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. He is registered as a Property Tax Consultant for the State of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and the Institute of Property Taxation.

Tim represents many property owners throughout Texas and Oklahoma, and has saved his clients hundreds of thousands of tax dollars.
